At one point, swimming was something that I did everyday. Even if it was only for 5 minutes or a few laps, I would just feel better when I swam. But as I have become older, a wife, a mom, and a professional, there are more responsibilities and barriers that can possibly get in the way of our journey to becoming my best selves. When I think about the lessons I have learned and some of the challenges I've faced, being in and around water helps me do that. This is why I have chosen to challenge myself and you all!
I want to challenge myself on getting back to swimming consistently, becoming a more active, spiritual, and healthy as a woman! I want everyone to join me on December 12 - 23, 2018 in completing the 12 Days of Swimming Challenge! My goal is to swim laps for a minimum of 30 minutes each day with organized workouts for each day. I will share my journey with you all and want you all to join me in the #12daysofswimmingchallenge.
